Introduction:

Portable Coal Quality Fast Analyzer can be taken to the train, vehicle during coal transportation or directly plugged into the coal pile for 30 seconds (the whole set is 4.6kg), then the measurement result will be correctly read out. The instrument can be used in any position of train wagon or coal pile to measure the coal quality correctly and quickly. 

The instrument mainly used to analyze the composition of coal, as well as heating value according to the actual condition of the coal, it will display the ash content and calorific value. The instrument is specially applied to emergency inspection of coal vehicle transportation, coal train transportation and boilers coal burning.

I. Principle

The instrument is designed for the use of nuclear technology, γ photons with different ash content composition of coal atomic ash reaction is not the same. It's relevant with the angle, but also with the energy of the incident photon. Instrument uses its energy and quantum characteristics closely related to ash as the theoretical basis for design and programming, to automatically detect the coal ash value, and also show the calorific value of coal.
