Parameter:

  • Microwave power and its control: a real nonburst variable frequency microwave power stepless regulating function, dynamic and static setting, editing and saving according to the program in the range of 0-1300W. The maximum power is 1300W and the input power is 1600W;

  • Temperature and time control: time of microwave irradiation and stirring are freely set and changed; range of temperature control: 0-250℃ (precision: ±1℃); internally installed efficient cooling fan that accelerate the temperature reduction speed of reaction system;

  • Stirring mode: two modes of stirring: positive inversion mechanical stirring (0-1000r/min) and magnetic stirring (0-200r/min), stirring speed is stepless adjustable. Two modes can carry on simultaneously or switch into another one according to the needs of action system. Stirring time, rotational speed and rotational mode can be change anytime by preset program or by hand.

  • Operation program: at least 100 experiment operation modes can be set, modified, saved and called. Each mode can set 10 operation steps. Parameters like reaction temperature and time of each step can be freely set and run by the program, control mode and various kinds of parameters can modified according to practical situation during operation.

  • Anticorrosive furnace chamber and chemical reactor: withdrawable anticorrosive scaleboard is installed, the useful space is 65L; tailor-made high strength borosilicate glass, their volume can be 25-1500ml according to user’s needs (standard glass apparatus are reactors of 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml and drain sleeve);

  • Shield gas system: shield gas pipe that internally installed in temperature measurement bushing makes it more simple and convenient to install reactor;

  • Terminal display and control: a super-large touch screen man-machine dialogue panel control. The instrument replaces PID control algorithm with advanced FTC intelligent algorithm, which greatly improves regulation quality and makes screen display more striking, intuitionistic and diversified. All kinds of experiment parameters and working states (such as temperature, power and its change, stirring speed and mode of positive inversion, etc.) display on line in number or in different color and graph (columna, sector, colorful curve and so on), which is very clear; furthermore, the instrument also set a serial-parallel interface that may communicate with the host, achieves a remote control and telemeter. Also, another computer control terminal can be equipped with according to the user’s need;

Description:

Nowadays, most of the foreign microwave synthesis instruments charge a very high price while inland instruments have a comparably lower price. However, there are several shortages in different aspects as design idea, convenience in usage and microwave leakage. For example, furnace chamber volume is too small, too many glass apparatus and stirring motors put on the top of the instrument which makes the instrument seems be too in a mess and inconvenient to operate. Besides, the mechanical poker (especially the metallic poker) might cause microwave leakage and cause danger to the operator.

Considering the advantages and disadvantages of existing microwave synthesis/reaction instruments, we designed and produced a brand new microwave synthesis/reaction instrument: MW-ER-03 Multi-function Microwave Reactor/Extractor, which enjoys high automation, easy to be used and extremely humanized.


Capability Feature:

  • Simple work table and shield gas pipe*: completely internally installed mechanical stirring motor, poker bar, shield gas pipe and temperature measuring part, which makes the work table simpler and easier to operate. The mixing arm and its way of microwave shielding that is especially designed make the installing and taking out easier, which overcomes the phenomenon of microwave leakage that the present instruments often occur. Combine shield gas pipe and temperature measurement bushing into one device, makes it more simple and convenient to install reactor.

  • Real variable frequency microwave: using a high frequency and high power resonant microwave power source, make the instrument has a real function of “nonburst variable frequency microwave power control and regulating”.

  • Super-large furnace chamber: the furnace chamber’s volume is 65L, which is much larger than similar products at home and abroad, make the volume of the reaction vessel is optional (25-1500mL), putting in and taking out is more convenient.

  • Special design of stirring: two modes of stirring, mechanical stirring and magnetic stirring, are available to the instrument and a function of stepless adjustable positive inversion is established. The user can freely choose, set and switch those modes according to needs.
