Company History Timeline — 1999
1999
Robin and Bill, who graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a degree of electronic engineering, were mobilized by professor Huang and decided to establish and run a company together.
2000
Robin and Bill rent a house in SanTun village, Dongguan city. They make most of spare time to start their entrepreneurial process with initial capital of 5000 RMB in the landlord’s garage.
The company is mainly doing research in PH meter and productivity meter. With two patents bought by one company in Shanghai, it is then responsible for OEM production.
2001
Robin and Bill set up a partnership and name the company “TengWei”
2002
The testing and measurement products are greatly welcomed in Colleges, water quality testing company, as well as the increase in orders, the company also launched a new product.
2003
The production workshop moved from the garage to Nanjing, while setting agency, and renting two offices in Changsha, each of them is 80 square meters.

2004
Rent another office with a collection of public office and laboratory in one place. We began to cooperate with other coal, oil analysis instrument manufacturers in R & D, innovation of existing equipment in Shanghai, Hunan, Henan, and invented 12 patents.
2005
Company changed its name into TRYTE (TRYTE technologies) and set up the target of company, preparing for the development of the international market and developing towards globalization. The company explicitly set the goal of company’s development, and decided to go global on New Year's Day in 2008. The team was expanded from 5 to 9 people.
2006
Net income is $200 million, number of staff: 12.
Major technological progress made in the field of analysis instrument made the measurement results more comprehensive and significantly improved the measurement accuracy.
2007
The company decided to merge two medical application companies, and began to involve the ODM medical refrigerator, hematology analyzer, biochemical analysis instrument and other non-conventional medical equipment to diversify.
2008
The first energy analysis instrument was sold to Turkey, thus the company's products go out of the country for the first time.
2009
Company set offices or marketing agency in Shanghai, Nanjing, Changsha, Beijing, and is in the joint production of the brother companies, gradually achieving one-stop shopping for customers. At the same time, rent 400 square meters warehouse as a logistics base in Shenzhen.
2010
Energy analysis instrument, medical instrument and some laboratory instrument market share keep steady growth. It began to get involved in some related fields, such as PCB board system (printed circuit board) and highway equipment. The company is view as a positive enterprising with good management by the industry.
2011
The visualization device of new chip mounter is on the market, and become a leader in the PCB plate making industry.
2012
Company acquisition makes its entrance in the field of analytical instruments.
Net operating income: $6 million. The number of employees: 16.
2013
Gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry instruments number among the industry, and get appreciation from experts and customers at home and abroad.
2014
Comprehensively integrate laboratory equipment and enterprise resources at home and abroad, being able to create a one-stop service and procurement base for customers.
2015
With the depth of cooperation of top Science and Engineering School, we jointly build laboratory, to achieve the integration of production, learning and research.
